Cancellations & Refunds.

CANCELLATIONS.

If you need to cancel a class, you can do so through our online booking system, provided you give 24 hours or more notice before your class.

If you have cancelled with 24 hours or more notice, your credit will automatically get put back into your account. Any credits returned to you after a cancellation must be used before the expiry of your Class Pass. The expiry of your Class Pass cannot be extended or transferred.

If you give less than 24 hours notice and need to cancel your class, you will not be given your credit back. If you needed to cancel due to sickness or injury, please email us with a medical certificate and we can assess.

WEEKLY MEMBERSHIPS.

Memberships are for a minimum period of 10 weeks. After the 10 week minimum expires, you can cancel your membership by logging into your site member profile and cancel your membership. 

Within the minimum 10 week term, you cannot pause your membership. 

After the 10 week minimum expires, if you wish to pause your membership (for example, for a holiday), you can do so by emailing us and providing 14 days notice of the dates for which you would like to have your membership paused. 

 

CLASS PASSES.

Class Passes are valid for 10 weeks from the date of purchase. Class Pass credits can not be extended or transferred. All credits purchased in a Class Pass must be used within the 10 week expiry period or they are forfeited.

 

Class Passes are non refundable once purchased. We do not provide refunds if you change your mind or are unable to attend any of your classes due to changes in personal circumstances, work commitments or other reasons beyond our control.

REFUNDS POLICY.

Phoenix Pole Studios does not offer refunds or transfers for unused/expired credits. Please understand that it is your responsibility to book and attend your classes before they expire.

 

We have a strict policy and do not offer refunds or Class Pass expiry extensions for unused or expired credits once purchased. We specifically save a space for you in the class you booked in for and it is your responsibility to attend your classes.

SICKNESS/INJURY.

If you are sick or injured and wish to request to cancel classes and/or extend the expiry of your Class Pass, we require a medical certificate or other documentation. We will consider and review your situation, and we may extend your credits if we consider it appropriate in the circumstances.  

Please note that you will still need to purchase a current Class Passes or Membership as normal for the new term, your unused credits from the term before will be extended as extra credits to use over the course of the new term.

DEFERRAL REQUESTS

In extenuating circumstances, a deferral may be considered provided 7 days' notice has been received prior to the commencement of the term start date. Should a deferral be granted, an $80 admin fee will be deducted from the cost of your original Class Pack.

 

Any remaining balance will be reissued as a "credit" back to your site member account. This credit will need to be redeemed before it's expiry date.

MEMBER OPEN TRAINING LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation made within 24 hours of a class or member open training session start time is considered a "Late Cancellation".

Late Cancellation Fee Outline
1st Late Cancellation: No fee incurred
2nd Late Cancellation: No fee incurred
3rd and any following Late Cancellation: A $10 Late Cancellation fee will be incurred for every late cancellation.
