Kindly be advised that while we understand the desire for leisure, we must insist upon a sober and responsible demeanor upon arrival at Phoenix Pole Studios. We reserve the right to decline participation in the pole class and to request departure should individuals arrive under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substances. Additionally, outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited on the premises.
Should any untidiness arise from your group, an extra cleaning fee may be incurred. In the event of tardiness, we appreciate prompt notification. It is imperative to note that exceeding the allocated time frame may result in supplementary charges, including prolonged occupancy in preparation for subsequent engagements beyond the class session.
BOOKING
To ensure the reservation of your event, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is requisite. Finalising the attendee count and settling any outstanding balances must be completed and paid in full no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled event.
In the event that any attendees wish to join as spectators, a fee of $15 per person applies. Additionally, for parties necessitating extended time at our studio, an extra charge of $55 per hour is applicable for each additional hour required.
AVAILABLE POLE & BURLESQUE PARTY SESSIONS:
Pole & Burlesque Events are typically scheduled during the following times:

Saturday: 2pm to 9pm (subject to availability)
Should you desire to arrange a booking outside of the designated sessions, kindly liaise with the studio to coordinate an appropriate date and time.
HOW TO SECURE YOUR BOOKING:
To secure your booking, the following steps are required:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost (as per your selected package) is immediately payable to confirm your event. Payment options include PayPal via our website, direct deposit, or credit/debit card.

Final payment for any additional guests is due 72 hours prior to the scheduled Pole or Burlesque Party booking.
